congratulations, ryo! :D that's awesome! both the tournament and your badge. as for the fly hm, i am not sure which kanto leader has it. i got mine from chuck in johto. so if i had to guess, it would be one of the later ones here as well. so i would say koga or maaaaybe sabrina? since one of them would be the kanto equivalent of chuck.
